By installing and using TrafficFlow SMS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

TrafficFlow SMS is a Google Sheets add-on that enables users to send SMS messages through the Telnyx API platform. The service includes:

• SMS message sending functionality
• Contact management
• Message scheduling
• Automated messaging features

• Valid Google Workspace account
• Telnyx phone number that you obtain through our service
• Login password that you obtain through our service
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have authority to use the service for your organization

• Maintain accurate contact information
• Protect account credentials
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary consent for SMS communications

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate others
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Reverse engineer the service
• Use the service for illegal purposes

Users must not send messages containing:

• Illegal content
• Malicious software
• Fraudulent information
• Hate speech
• Adult content
• Misleading or deceptive links
• Other inappropriate material

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify or discontinue features with notice
• Service depends on third-party providers (Google, Telnyx)

• Message character limits: Each SMS is limited to 160 characters, with support for concatenated messages up to 10 message parts (1600 characters total)
• API rate limits: High-volume message throughput supported via Telnyx API. Actual speeds may vary based on network conditions and carrier restrictions
• Storage constraints: Limited by your Google Workspace storage quota
• Processing limitations: Maximum of 5 million cells per Google Sheet, with execution time limits of 6 minutes for standard operations and 30 minutes for time-triggered operations

• Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated
• Service is billed on a monthly basis
• No partial refunds for unused portions of the month
• Subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period
• Payment terms are subject to change with notice

• We retain all rights to the service
• Users retain rights to their content
• Limited license to use the service

• No copying or modification of code
• No distribution or resale
• No removal of copyright notices

• Users are solely responsible for configuring and maintaining appropriate privacy and sharing settings for their Google Sheets
• We assume no liability for data exposure resulting from users' misconfiguration of Google Sheets privacy settings or unauthorized sharing of sheet access
• Users must implement proper access controls for their Google Sheets containing contact information and other sensitive data

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrafficFlow SMS from any claims resulting from:

• Service use
• Terms violation
• Content transmitted
• Law violations

We may terminate or suspend access to the service:

• For Terms violations
• For illegal activity
• At our discretion with notice
• Upon user request

We may modify these Terms:

• With reasonable notice
• Effective upon posting
• Continued use constitutes acceptance

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan and United States.

TrafficFlow SMS ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users ("you" or "your"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Google Sheets add-on.

• Telnyx phone number that you obtain through our service
• Login password that you obtain through our service
• Phone numbers and contact information stored in your Google Sheets
• Message content that you create and send through our service
• Customer categorization data ("Customer Types")

• Usage data related to the add-on's functionality
• Google Sheets data that you grant us access to
• Technical information necessary for the add-on to function

• Facilitating SMS message sending through Telnyx
• Managing contact lists and message scheduling

• Your data is primarily stored within Google's infrastructure
• API and account credentials are stored using Google Apps Script's secure Properties Service
• We do not maintain a separate database of user information

• Secure API communication with Telnyx
• Access controls and authentication measures
• Regular security updates and monitoring

We use the following third-party services:

• Telnyx for SMS message delivery
• Google Workspace for add-on functionality

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You can delete your data by removing the add-on from your Google Workspace account.

Our service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
